YOUR EXCELLENCY, As you celebrate 59years of your life on earth. I want to reiterate the fact that Deltans are indeed happy and Blessed to have a Leader like you who have successfully ran a Government that HAS BEEN so beneficial to your people.
Your Excellency, Deltans are proud of your developmental strides within the last three years in the area of agriculture, health, human capital development, infrastructural development and quality education.
This has gone a long way to prove your sure capability and ability in transforming Delta State through your SMART AGENDA .Above all I want to categorically state here that you have been able to prove to us the youth of Delta state that the saying "THE YOUTHS ARE THE LEADERS OF TOMORROW" is attainable by giving many youths the opportunity to serve and learn the rudiments of Governance in your government thereby preparing them for future task ahead in terms of effective running of Government for positive results.
