1.  Delta State   Administration of Criminal Justice Law ; He is the lead sponsor of the Bill for a Law to provide for the  Administration of Criminal Justice  in Delta State, this  wonderful Bill was unanimously supported by his colleagues, the bill have been  passed,  assented  by  the Governor and operational in the state.   This is the first private member bill to be assented to by the Governor in the present sixth Assembly.

2.  Delta State Environmental  Management  Agency Bill; He is the lead sponsor of the bill which have passed second reading in the House, and currently before the House Committee on Environment.

MOTIONS
He has sponsored, moved and supported many motions at plenary;
Motion against the Abuse of Narcotic Drugs and Other Psychotropic Substances in the State.  This is the first House motion on notice (HM1) in the present sixth Assembly.

OVERSIGHT FUNTIONS
1. He chaired the joint Committee on Public Accounts/Local Government and Chieftaincy  Affairs that investigated the twenty five (25) local government councils in Delta State. This brought accountability and transparency in the local government councils.

2. He is the chairman of House committee on Public Account that worked on the  Delta State Procurement Law.   This has brought accountability and transparency in all the MDAs in Delta State.

3. He is chairman of the joint committee on public Accounts/Finance and Appropriations that is currently working on the Delta State Financial Management Bill.
4. He is the chairman of public Accounts Committee Working on the Delta State Audit Bill.

5. He chaired the joint committee of Public Account and Appropriation, that looked into the accounting books of ministry, and departments and Agency of the State which ensured accountability and transparency in the handling of public funds in the MDAs.
6. His committee (PAC) has organized several  seminars/trainings for Local Government Chairmen, HPM, TLGS to educate them on international best system of  accounting (IBSA).  This has also enhance financial management in the Local Government Councils.

7. He is member of ad-hoc committee considering the Delta State Registration of Motor Vehicle Mechanics, Spare Parts Dealers Workshop and Licensing of Mechanics Bill.

8. He is the Secretary of the 3rd year anniversary Committee of the 6th Assembly.

9. As a member of committee on works, his committee in the course of oversight function, has revoked the execution of the following projects;

b. DLA Road, Asaba
c. Sector C of Asaba/Ughelli dualization
d. Runway of Asaba International Airport

REPRESENTATION

In giving my constituents effective and efficient representation, the under listed  projects and empowerment schemes were carried out

ORPHANS, WIDOWS AND PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED WELFARE SCHEME
This scheme provide special welfare package for the widows, orphans and the physically challenged, over Hundred (100) persons in this category have benefited from the programme.

ELEKEOKWURI OVERSEA TRAINING PROGRAMME
This is an oversea training programme designed to train youths of my constituency to acquire basic skills in their various field of studies .  Over ten youths  were  sent to India in the  first phase of the program with  twenty (20)youths set to live abroad for the second phase.

WOMEN EMPOWERMENT PROGRAMME
This is a project that focuses on giving financial assistance to women in his constituency to start their own businesses, and skill training.  A total of over two hundred (200) women have benefited from the programme so far.

 STUDENTS FINANCIAL ASSSISTANCE SCHEME
a. STUDENT GO BACK TO SCHOOL PROGRAMME; Students Go-back to School financial assistance scheme for students of higher institutions in the constituency.
 Over two hundred (200) students have benefited from the Scheme.

b. INDIGENT STUDENTS ASSISTANCE SCHEME; This scheme provide financial assistance to  undergraduate & postgraduate  indigent students  who cannot afford their school.  Over 15  persons have benefited from the programme.

YOUTHS AGRICULTURAL SCHEME
This program encourages youths to form and register co-operative societies which qualifies them to receive financial assistance to finance their farming projects. Over  hundred  persons (100) youths are currently engaged in this program. 

GRADING OF TWENTY SEVEN (27) EARTH ROADS
Hon. Anthony E. Elekeokwuri has within his two  years in office graded over twenty seven  earth roads across Ika North East Constituency.

24 HOURS LIGHT FOR RURAL DWELLERS PROGRAMME
This program is aimed at supplying solar power control units to rural dwellers in the constituency who do not access to the national electricity or cannot afford it. A total of fifty (50) persons have benefited from the program so far.
