In a statement issued today, Dr Okobah stated,
“ It is with great warmth and honor for me to express my cordial greetings and my most cordial congratulations to the Speaker Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori and the other honourable members of the Delta State House of Assembly on the occasion of the celebration of the third anniversary of the sixth Assembly.
Indeed, the Delta state sixth Assembly is the most vibrant and just as you have enacted several laws and carried out other legislative functions democratically towards the growth and development of our dear state, I urge you not to relent and to also contribute more in revitalizing and strengthening the Primary Health Care Centers in your various constituencies.
Permit me to state here, that I also admire the synergy and relations of friendship and cooperation existing between the legislature and the executive towards the success of the SMART Agenda of our amiable governor, Sen. Dr. ifeanyi Okowa.
May I again offer my congratulations on your third anniversary. Please accept, Mr. Speaker, honourable members, the assurances of my highest consideration".
