The Executive Assistant on E-Health to governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta state and chairman, Delta State Primary Health Care Development Agency, Dr. Isioma Okobah , warmly felicitates with her excellency, wife of the Delta State governor and founder "05 Initiative" Dame Edith Okowa, on her 57th birthday.
Dr Okobah joins her Excellency's professional and political colleagues, her friends and family in celebrating the woman of virtue while commending the governor's wife for her efforts in making life easier for the less privileged and the weaker members of the society through her charitable undertakings.
As the founder of the 05 Initiative, Dr Okobah extols the nobility that the governor's wife had exuded in making tough and selfless decisions for the purpose of transforming and uplifting the quality of lives of the sick, the widows, orphans, and other less privileged members of the society.
Dr Okobah recalls with delight her many insightful encounters with the governor's wife over the years, affirming that Dame Okowa would always be remembered for her virtuous ways of living, unalloyed support for the truth and propagation of the gospel of Christ.
The governor's Executive Assistant extols the philantropic and selflessness of her excellency in administering her domain, consistently ensuring good health, peaceful coexistence and promoting a strong appetite for healthy living, growth and development for all Deltans through the 05 Initiative.
Dr Okobah believes that her Excellency has over the years, successfully demonstrated her support and strength behind her husband by contributing to the success of the SMART agenda and Health For All Deltans policy.
She urged her Excellency to continue in her invaluable support for her husband as they strive to do more for the prosperity of all Deltans even as she prays for many happy returns by asking the almighty God to grant Dame Edith Okowa, good health and longer life to continue serving her people and the state.
