The Chairman, Delta State Primary Health Care Development Agency, Dr. Isioma Okobah, felicitates with governor Ifeanyi Okowa on his third anniversary as governor of Delta state.
Okobah joins thousands of Deltans in celebrating the success of the Okowa's SMART agenda especially in the areas of Job creation, Infrastructural development and Health For All Deltans.
Dr Okobah believes that Okowa's foray into politics and ascendency to the highest political office in the state, testifies to the greatness of God and serves as an invitation to all Deltans to add value to the state by supporting the Okowa administration.
