APOLOGY
I recall with utmost regret that on Friday 23, February, 2018, and Monday 12, March, 2018, my name featured in two stories published on two online platforms ( The Flagnews and Asaba Metro )with different captions ( "Re: ANIOCHA NORTH POLITICAL TUG OF WAR: The Truth That No One Cares To Tell" and “ Delta Lawmaker Runs To Witchcraft For Second Tenure") I was jolted when a colleague drew my attention to the said publications.
I wish to categorically state that the author of the said stories ironically used my name which has generated tension in the state and embarrassment to HON. EMEKA NWAOBI. It is difficult to prove to the world that I was not the author as my name was used.
I hereby, tender unreserved apology to both Hon. Emeka Nwobi, the Obi of Issele-uku, the good people of Aniocha North, the Speaker and members of Delta State House of Assembly ( DTHA ) and the Delta State Governor for any embarrassment the publication may have caused them.
I wish to also assure that I will go further to unravel those behind this trade with the intention to clear my name.
